Corbin Michael

Sorry! Posting pictures has been on my to do list, but I just haven't gotten to it! Enjoying our little guy can be pretty time consuming! :) Corbin is great, it's so amazing becoming a mom and dad! He's waking up about twice a night to eat, I guess that could be worse, so I'm not going to complain! He's 2 weeks old today already, and even rolled from his belly to his back the other day...he's a strong little guy. We call him our "snuggle bunny" because he's a great snuggler!

I realize that you are a new mom with a time consuming little guy, but the rest of us REALLY need to see him!! PLEASE share more pictures of him! Tell us all about him! We need more information!

Camden's First Soccer Game

Camden had his first soccer game on Saturday. He was so excited for days, jumpy all the way to the field, smiling ear to ear as he got his uniform on, and then froze when it came time to play. He was terrified to leave Carl or me. After 10 minutes of coaxing, Grammy finally bribed him with onion rings from Burger King and he went out to join his team. Once they finally started playing, he had a lot of fun.

He is a pretty timid kid, so it was no surprise that he was pretty timid at soccer too, but he did really well. We'll have to teach him that it's ok to steal in soccer!

Oh yeah....did I mention it was cold?! It. was. cold. Very cold.

Update on Mr. Gavin SInk

Here are some updated pictures of Gavin. He is growing so fast. He is already 24 inches and 12 pounds at 10 weeks old. He is starting to coo and smile more and more everyday.

Well, I may be stealing Brian and Missy's thunder, but here's a couple shots of the newest member of the family.

Corbin Michael Behning was born this morning at 3:23 a.m. at Lutheran Hospital. He weighed 7lbs-10oz and seems to be very healthy. Mom and Dad are doing fine, despite enduring over 24 hours of labor.

Grandma Carol is all aquiver with excitement, of course, while Grandpa Grumpy, as you can see below, already has the boy's full attention (and I didn't even have to use a big wrench!)

Missy will likely come home on Wednesday.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Today is Grandma's/Aunt Lois's/Mom's birthday!! It's a big one too!! We had a party on Saturday at Cindy's house to celebrate her 80th birthday with a few friends and our family. We had LOTS of good food and I think Grandma really enjoyed showing off all the great grandkids to her friends! Happy Birthday Grandma!!
