just a little update on maple syrup.we have made well over 100 gals the guys are out now trying to get more sap. just to warm right now hope it gets cold again sorry gals , we need to made more syrup in case someone doesn,t know it take 40 gals of sap to make 1 gal of syrup on average.
I sang in a cantata today called the eyes of faith it took a lot of practice was worth it i had my family there ,that made my day

So glad that you are getting some sap water and that you have gotten 100 gal of syrup. I was sort of worried that the weather was not good for you.
Just a note. Len is in the hospital since Wed. He has another ulcer and they are treating him with antibiotics 3 times a day, so he goes over to the care home today for further treatment. He has had no fever and seems to be feeling o.k.
I'm sure you enjoyed the cantata. I always seem to miss it. I think Sara and I came last year just after it was over. Love, N.J.
