Breakfast was made over the open fire my Terry and Steven..They started with 3 pounds of ham then add diced potatoes,onions and finally 5 doz eggs..stir it all together and you have skillet ala Valhalla...There was about 30 people and it fed everyone...thanks to Terry and Alice Roepke(daughter of Evelyn ,,Lens sister) for hosting the affair

Looks tasty! We went camping last week and made a pineapple upside-down cake in a cast iron dutch oven. It was very yummy. I missed going to Valhalla this summer and seeing everyone, maybe next year!
oops! there was a lot of cheese added onto the top of this at the very end. tasty! then, top it with that awesome unique salsa stuff alice made and a little sour cream...yummy!
