All interstates closed, # 10 from Det. lakes to Fargo closed. All of the area was closed to traveling. Most of the schools are closed today. It was -18 when I last looked at the temp. Suppose to stay bitterly cold all week. Looks like the sun is trying to come out from behind the clouds. I wont do much today but stay in and do some baking and writing. Sorry Bennie that I dont have pics. I dont have a printer. You will have to teach me that this coming summer.
Steve hasnt been around snowplowing yet. There was so much wind it is difficult to determine how much snow came. They said from 10 to 14 ins. in the area. The wind chill was in the - 40 degree. Have to stoke the furnace alot when the wind blows !!

Yep it's a cold one. I think you may have gotten more snow than us, haven't been out much to see. too cold to even go to the mailbox. The kids are giddy to be snowed in another day. The water pipes haven't frozen, so that is the highlight of my day. Christmas cookies abound in the house and we ran out of eggs, butter and probably something else. so now i have to look for some no-bake recipes since we can't get to the store!

Sara, It is - 25 this a.m. here. I think about the little Emma and big Ethan having to run down to the road for the bus. Bus driver will take care of them!! I do have a printer but not a scanner, Unless it is there and I dont know how to use it. Mother
use your digital camera, silly girl! Will someone teach this precious lady how to load her pictures onto the computer???!!! the busdriver calls me as he drops off my kids to make sure i am in the house. what a guy! their driver is the town's baptist minister.
