Here is the newest member of our family! She is 8 weeks old today. She is a registered yellow labrador retriever. If she turns out to be a good example of the breed, we will be breeding her in a few years. What's most interesting is that this pup was born this summer on the day that our old lab Sunny, died. how sweet! come say hello to little Lucy this summer.

Wow - the birthday thing is neat! She is so cute!!
yes, stephanie, it is neat. sunny died that morning at about 11 am. i got her buried by 5 pm. the pups were born after dark that evening! i just love that story. it helped me decide which litter to choose from.
she's such a cute puppy!
