Trophy turkey in Indiana

Its hard to believe but this is the way it happen..my grandson and i were out on our annual truffle hunt on the last day of the season ,,,we had just got our last truffle which made our limit and we were headed back to the house from the woods just south of the house when we spotted a large turkey just inside the yard...it was looking into the bay window and did not notice that we were coming (i think it thought there was another turkey in the window) anyway we were able to sneak up on it and beat it to death with the truffle stick...it dressed out at over 24.5 lbs and had a beard of over 18 in with 6 in claws....not a record in Minn but I'm sure it is in Indiana
