Get in great shape in 2009 (it sure helped me haha) with a free weight machine....The Weider weight system is perfect for building your upper and lower body. Challenge yourself with up to 100 lbs. of resistance with the heavy-duty vinyl weight stack. Build and define your chest and arms with the bench press and chest fly. Isolate your quads with the four-roll leg developer. Perform over 15 exercises with the high pulley and over 40 with the low pulley. And learn how to perform each exercise effectively with the included exercise chart. Please let me know if anyone is interested.......

i would love to have it, if i could ever figure out a way to get it here! Any big trucks coming to minnesota this summer? I realize it is unlikely.

I can't imagine he would want to deal with it, but i would pay him a delivery fee. If anyone in indiana wants it, though...give it to them. I don't wanna be greedy. I do miss lifting weights, though. -Sara
Okay, we've discussed it with the crew and we are thinking it might be nice to have this contraption in the basement. The guys are thinking they might work into "buff" by summer. If Sara has her heart set on it and you can get it to her, okay. She has first dibs. But we want to be second on the list.
