Happy Birthday to Janet today. I remember the night the twins were born. We kids were at a basketball game with Dad at Lafayette School, Dad was called home and us kids went to Tom Chaneys house to stay the night. The next day we came home and found two Babies in the cradle. What a Surprise!
The temp. at Valhalla was 48 above today and the snow is melting fast. Quite a contrast to the -28 to - 30 we had three days ago.
I love the bear video, Brian. I suppose the bear are coming out of hibernation now that we are having warmer weather; and they are probably hungery.

I'm sure I've heard it before, but can't remember. I was shocked to see the headline for this post. Did anyone else realize that Janet and I have the same middle name also? How bizarre......
happy birthday janet! After reading mom's comment, I can only imagine what a blessing you were as newborns to your family and all who could come look at you that first morning! WOW! your momma must've worked hard that day (and all the years following.) I can only imagine how special it is to be a twin. You twins have been such a blessing to us in our lives and so many great memories! thank you!
mom, you always do such a nice job of making things special by writing a special memory. You are the sweetest ever person. i love you.
Janet Elaine Sullins Smith, We were neighbors to your Grandparents and mother, and maybe your mother named you after Janet Sink? I dont remember, maybe Lois Ann does. I think I have told you before that I went raspberry picking with your grandmother for many years, in the woods. I had fun doing that with her. Some of us kids visited alot at your Grandparents home. I loved to go there.
