Carl and I just put our house on the market last week. We have already found another home we love and believe it or not, we already have a contingent offer in (& accepted) on that house. Please pray that we can sell our house quickly!! We could REALLY use some more space!

Wow, that was fast! I hope everything works out! It's overwhelming to think of how it will work to get closings on two houses figured out, but it works out! Somehow when we moved, we managed to have our closings on the same day, it worked out just great!
