My post-surgery pictures

Here is an idea of what I have been going through the past week.
The grandkids made this sign for me and it is hanging in our bedroom.

Sara,
The right leg is a bit bigger than the left but some of what you see is the angle I think. It really doesn't seem that the two legs are so different when I look at them. And this photo is showing them after much of the swelling has gone. Every day is getting better. The incisions are almost completely closed - just a little scab here and there and the rest looks perfect!!!!

Our thoughts are with you in your recovery. I've been meaning to post something for a few days. Been busy getting ready for my own knee surgery. I had a arthroscope with microfracture this morning. I am recovering well and plan to return to work on Monday, with little or no use of crutches. (that is my favorite part, I am able to put weight on it this time) I have had 2 previous knee surgeries and they have not been fun, but do know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck and God Bless. Sue, Brian, & kids.
