FACTS

I most certainly do not want to do anything to upset my BIG GAME HUNTING GUIDE, But I am just after the facts. The latest picture does not prove anything. Supreme Commander Bob is the only one in the picture, holding a case of red pop (which is probably empty by now). He could have went to the store and bought it Himself.
On the other hand, the Blog clearly states in black and white or tan that Hawk gave Steve a case of red pop for a pass into the Resort, which He (Steve) accepted. I am sorry.

I think that it would only be fair to condemn Mr. Hawk if he had received the letter of confimation for his reservation at the resort...on that letter should have been the "no crickets" rule. how was he to know that he wasn't allowed to bring them?! Was he supposed to dump the crickets out into the wild after spotting the sign?...then he would have introduced foreign hoosier cricket species into our pristine gene pool. i think mr. hawk did the right thing. Thank you, sir. sometimes I just have to side with the derelict criminals.-Sara

the same rule applies as in no shirt or shoes no service...you either put on a shirt and shoes to get service or stay out..no crickets means no crickets he could have surrendered the crickets to a law officer for disposal payed a small fine and everything would have been ok...but no he resisted, tried to hide the crickets therefore he has to pay the crime
