Point of Facts that have to be obtained
1. Was Mr. Crow given the MIRANDA... if not ...all charges should be dropped
2. Was this ILLEGAL search and Seizure given without a) Mr. Crows permission? and b) given without a proper warrant?
3. Circus of Events erroneously and fiendishly cast by "Commander" just for his entertainment....
I Can Clearly Say.....NOT GUILTY.....
COMMANDER SHOULD BE PLACE ON PROBATION FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2008 SHORE PATROLLMAN SEASON......SHAME ON YOU.......SHAME

As stated in my report given to the court agent dated July 27, 2008..Mr and Mrs Crow were read there rights in accordance with Minn state law 23.5 ,book 5c page 56,,,since he tryed to enter private property with a banned item clearly stated on guard post no permission is nessary under sub title search and seizure page 153 para,,56,,line 97,

(My Bad) it appears that their was a typo and should have been book 23.4. I stand corrected..On the other hand you should have known that book 23.5 was reveised in may of 1966. Now the tite is (Wiring a Head (toilet) for a tepee)
