Sugar Camp and Hog House get Much Needed Makeover
Ranger Rick and Patrolman Bob akaRRPBWPA(LLC) are shown here putting on a fresh coat of paint to the hog house....note the safety rope tied to Patrolman Bob and attached to the M on the other side to keep the tractor from rolling away (no brakes).
I'm so glad that there are people interested in keeping the old family treasures alive...NO, i'm not talking about the rope keeping Bennie on the roof, i mean the hoghouse!! Seriously, I'm also glad that Ranger Rick and Patrolman Bob are showing some responsibility at this stage in life. A young friend of ours just fell from a high roof and is miraculously alive and walking after a relatively short recovery.
glad to hear from tamie but i had to beg ranger rick to use his rope...he did not care if i fell from the roof he did not want to get paint on his rope...can you believe it
OK...my assessment of the situation and the rope/beltline placement...IT LOOKS DANGEROUS TO ME! If you fell, i think all it would do is flip you over and rip your pants off. Glad it didn't happen. Even if it did, we likely wouldn't see the photos for a long time. love you both and thanks for preserving the buildings from long ago. they look great! -Sara
